BalletPhysique is a 60-minute class designed to burn fat and tone your body. BalletPhysique works your entire body by combining isometric exercises with cardiovascular interval training and stretching. Muscles are challenged but then stretched and lengthened, creating a graceful, elongated body.

BalletPhysique is a safe, effective no-impact workout. The main focus is on proper placement and alignment. By using your own body weight for resistance and the ballet barre for balance, the entire body is engaged throughout the workout.
