Pamela has over twenty years experience teaching ballet and pilates. Pamela is a former principle ballerina with Classics Dance Theater and Staten Island Ballet. She has also performed with New Jersey Ballet, American Repertory Ballet, Second Avenue Dance Company/NYC and Notara Dance Theater. She recevied her early training at the School of American Ballet in NYC where she performed student roles with New York City Ballet at Lincoln Center. She has originated roles for Danceworks/NYC that were performed a
t 92nd Street Y and the Rose Theater at Lincoln Center.
She holds an MFA from NYU's Tisch School of the Arts where she studied pilates with Kathy Grant and kinesthesiology with Andre Bernard. She holds her mat pilates certification from PowerPilates, NYC.
Pamela is delighted to have combined her love of teaching, ballet and fitness into one beautiful hour of movement!

Ashley Concannon
Ashley Concannon began her training at Center Stage Dance and Theatre Studio. At 13, she received a full scholarship to Ballet Hispanico, but opted to study at Princeton Dance and Theatre Studio. Following years under the direction of Susan Jaffe and Risa Kaplowitz, she acquired the role of "Princess Aurora" in The Sleeping Beauty, as well as "Snow Queen" in The Nutcracker. After attending multiple Summer Intensives- some including Miami City Ballet, American Ballet Theatre Orange County, Complexions Contemporary Workshop, and Orlando Ballet- she was accepted into Orlando Ballet's second company under the direction of Bruce Marks. Over two years, she performed in the well-known Swan Lake, Sleeping Beauty, The Nutcracker, and George Balanchine's Serenade, as well as Napoli, Les Sylphides, Sweet Vivaldi, Dance of the Hours, and Baroque in Rhythm . Since returning to NJ, Concannon has guested with American Repertory Ballet in Graham Lustig's production of The Nutcracker, and in DanceVision's productions of The Secret Garden and Carnival of the Animals. She will be dancing with Columbia City Ballet for their 2009-2010 Season.
